Tom Boonen nominated for Belgian sportsman of the year
Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team rider and Belgian cycling champion Tom Boonen is nominated for the award sportsman of the year in his country Belgium.
The other nominees are World champion Philippe Gilbert and Olympic decathlon athlete Hans van Alphen. In a liveshow on the 16th of December the winner will be revealed. Boonen already won this award twice.
